Actually it's been fairly easy to get the puck from Kopitar along the boards this year, people in the booth. Outmuscled, pokechecked, beat him there with speed, it's all worked well for the opposing team.

Kovalchuk is the best player for the kings today and still 4th line minutes. I dont get it.
Not sure why some like kempe on wing. He is becoming a very good center. His speed in open ice is not utilized on the wing. Playing him on the side of carter and toffoli is useless. When do those 2 get demoted to the 4th line? They are invisible on a daily basis.
Majority of 2nd period the announcers spent chatting with a guy instead of calling the game. Bizarre to say the least.

Bottom line today is after a 4-6 game streak of good play they are back to this horrid lazy game that is so hard to watch.

Apparently Ellen gets 4.2m viewers per show. Maybe they want to see if they can get some of those eyeballs. That's my guess, I have no idea.
