Once again, the Kings do not have a bottom D pairing. Stevens will rotate the D men so KM and KG are protected and get bottom pairing minutes. Forbort gets as much even strength TOI as Muzzin. DF also gets the lion share of defensive zone starts. DF is also always out there with DD against the other team's top pp unit. Despite the DF hysteria (not yet at Muzzin levels of prior years) Stevens seems to know what players are best inside the blue line.

Agreed that Stevens plays situations more than he plays pairings straight up. But they're going to see some time together.

Yes, they will and its KG's golden opportunity to show something. I also can't help smiling at posters who think LaDue should be playing in the top 4 when he can't even get out of the AHL.

Sigh, really hope the LA org lets us see the Brown tribute somehow. Even after the fact. Because no way we're seeing it here.
 
NBCSN game. Lemme guess, some no-name PBP announcer that NBC hired and Jim Fox doing sideline and color commentary. Good for Jim getting an extra paycheck, though.
