Never made sense to me if you're in the offensive zone and the puck doesn't completely Cross the blue line it's onside,but that play the puck being on the line is offside entering the zone.

Well, it's based on the trajectory of the puck. If it's leaving the zone, it's not out until it fully crosses the line. If it's entering the zone, it's not in until it fully crosses the line. It's consistent. It just looks weird visually.

Reviewing offsides calls down to the split second is one of the poorer decisions the league has made recently.

We’re talking fractions of inches that are completely irrelevant as to whether a goal would have been scored or not scored. And yet they stop the entire game to review this shit.
