Not sure how popular it would be but I would like to see goalies start serving their own penalties. There would still be a player on the ice "serving" it but the goalie should be removed during the penalty and allowed back on after either a goal or puck stoppage.

Gaborik happened. It's not an injury if you can't get re-inured while rehabbing.
