My glimmer of hope for the Canf***s is that their road record indicates there is a very good team lurking underneath.

Devils advocate …. After a road win, could you not say “their home record indicates there’s a very dogshit team lurking underneath” ?

The only time the Canucks showed some life was when Marchand went at Hughes.
That's ass leakage, where the f*** was the hunger from the start of the game?

Another dud on home ice, management should be taking notes.
It's December already and this team needs f***ing help.

This game is offering irrefutable truth that the last thing the Canucks need to be doing at the TDL is flushing more draft picks and their best prospects for 'rental players'.

This team really isn't that close to anything imo. Outside of Hughes, this blueline is one of the worst in the Western Conference. And you simply can't win anything with it.

Demko not the problem. Also not the solution.

Pedestrian from him. Both games back.

We win and lose as a team, that's for sure. Demko had not played a game for such a long time, and given what he's able to do I won't be too harsh on him. The vast majority of the problem come from the rest of the team that has failed to support him.

At this rate I'll buy them golf clubs so they can get a head start on re-enacting Happy Gilmore.

While I agree on rentals. Our picks don't matter right now and need to be in play for long term fixes. We simply can't afford to punt a season because of some poor ufa signings.

Put Hronek back in and add a top 4 defender at the TDL and things look a lot different.

If Hughes ever leaves or retires there isnt much use to ever watch this team again

If the team continues with more quarter ass effort as tonight Hughes will unfriend and block the entire organization and leave without a word the moment his contract expires.
