I knew this fall would come. This team hasn't been playing like a playoff team this whole year. Getting heavily out shot every game isn't a recipe for success, it had to catch up to them eventually.

They were really riding high on that four game winning streak, two of which came against Buffalo after they let go of Ruff and then against a terrible Florida squad.

But the fact that they can look like world beaters againt Philadelphia and then just suffer a catastrophic failure whenever there's little adversity shows you there's something fundamentally ****ed about this team's DNA.

This team breaks my heart every damn time. The moment you think that things have gotten better, they just keep getting worse.

No heart. No soul, just lazy and nonchalant.

We need to clean the house. This team lacks a winning mentality. I miss Sundin...in those days the worst part of the Leafs season was probably losing in the 2nd round of the playoffs...
