Chychrun is gonna be a hell of a player. Love that guy. Adin Hill shutout incoming. Wouldn't be opposed to someone slaughtering Connauton, guy is kind of just there except when he plays us he does something cowardly/stupid and hides. Color me unimpressed with Chayka too.

Was gonna say, REALLY like watching Chycrun play....when he was here in the GTHL as a minor midget, the kid would fill the stands for everyone trying to get a glimpse of him.....

Not sure how many were around for the tank years....but wins will inevitably happen sometimes, when opponents think they can just roll the Kings...and
1 to 3 Kings actually have a good game and the Kings win. This will happen. So, each win is costly to the tank. So, each win MUST have something
VALUABLE happen. Last win that occurred; Quick had a shutout and (I think) 34 saves....so every GM took notice...especially ones that want him.
So that win was not in total vain. ...so, a week before the deadline, you want to see Carter get a hatty and actually reach 15 goals. Scouts take notice
and some GM may actually believe Carter can take them past round 1 and play 3 more years...let them believe that and a dumb one offer a 2nd round pick and good prospect.

I am having flashbacks from years of suffering. I actually recall sitting in a Jiffy Lube place the day after the Gretzky trade and reading the LA TIMES
and pissed that they Kings accepted Craig Johnson, Roman Vopat and Patrice Tardif...when there were rumors they could have had Pronger.
Probably one of the last times I read a newspaper...but hey, it was there. So, don't take FRINGE prospects like this. Get even 1 quality one.
