Canucks with no Miller, no Demko and no Hronek took a fully healthy Wild team to the brink. And likely should have won it. Hard to be mad about this one.

Refs can suck a f***, though. Kaprizov should have been in the box, and instead he scores the winner. Didn't even try to play the puck, just hauled Garland to the ice.
Minny was missing Brodin and Zuccarello, who are definitely key players for them.

But still a good effort by the Canucks.

Wild were without Brodin and Zuc. But 9/12 points on the road is very good given who the Canucks were without. 2-1-1 for 5/8 points without Hronek. Have to take it.

Wild didn't have Brodin.

I get the no call on the Garland hook. It didn’t really affect the play, which I don’t mind them not calling. Just wish it was a more consistent standard

I don't. It stopped the Canucks from going the other way 2 on 1 and got the Wild the puck back, which they then held for another 90 seconds. And the player that scored the winner should have been in the box.

Hughes really f***ed up that drop pass to DeBrusk though, such a needless turnover and took all of the pressure off that was building since the start of overtime. An uncharacteristic mistake.

Need video of that hook on Garland... Looked blatant in real time.
Kaprizov fanned on the rebound, Garland had the puck going the other way and Kaprizov hooked him down since there was no way he could catch him.

And the man who should've been in the penalty box ends up scoring the GWG.
