Boeser
- Looked good today
- Will talk to him later this afternoon and see if he’s ready to play tomorrow
- Hasn’t had any setbacks over the last several days
- Is their scorer; adding a guy that brings offense
- Plays the game really well without the puck
- Lines are a puzzle and will see where Boeser plays
DeBrusk
- Thinks he’s getting used to the system
- At his best when playing closer to the puck
- Talks to him almost every day
- Don’t want to overload players with information
- Tocchet’s job is to make him consistent
Heinen
- Smart guy that plays up and down the line-up
- Can play different positions
These pregame interviews are becoming a joke.
Interviewed by team media guys, they are really going to dig. Might as well just have Tocchet read from the script.
Such useless information from powder puff questions, most of which are ask and answered types questions.
The Bruins are an organization that demands success from the top down. They don't "wait and see" for 4 or 5 years.
They just canned their coach, a Jack Adams winner and the team's record is very close to Vancouver's. There is even talk about moving players out too.
I think the coaching bump will have an effect and he Bruins win, maybe handily. Players will be hitting for their jobs.
Sherwood may be seeing Zadorov about a dance. He has been a beast. Hits, dances.
