I recorded the game and just finished it and jumped on this page, without seeing previous and checking back (back checking) and saw you already brought up the low skilled Kempe thing. lol sorry.
Kempe's penalties are way down and he's been playing great. Hagelin has been great defensively and on the PK. The speed with Kempe on this line is great and Luff is looking decent. Another
free agent signing....the Kings do much better signing college and CHL free agents, than drafting players. Crazy. Have hopes for Rempal, Strand, Brickley and some day Kehler. I hope they
are out there now, finding more free agents to sign...now if only Kovy can get back to where he was the first 12 games. Not sure why he's tailed off some. Playing with Carter and Toffoli might not be the best combo. Just think if Vilardi comes through and is playing on the Kings in 3 weeks. That seems so far fetched, but could be reality.

I'm already conditioning and preparing myself by trying to get excited about the prospects rated between 12 and 18....telling myself they
have potential to be better than Hughes. Watch him go to Vegas....

This is a deep draft and honestly, Kupari may end up as good or better than Kotkaniemi or Svechnikov, Barrett Hayton, etc.
The Kings will get a top prospect and could end up with another #1, in any deadline deal.
