They don't have an extra top sixer to step up into a larger role. Mange isn't it. The prospects aren't it. Sitting Vrana I get from a defensive standpoint but that's the guy they need to step up offensively realistically.

Quality opponents they're facing here but if they're not prepared to win ugly and grind it out it's hard to love their chances against better teams.

I don't care about the Caps challenges scoring goals in this game. The officiating is one sided! Two obvious non calls against the Devils. 4 mins short-handed would have disrupted the Devils flow of play!
