I think Kesler is more likely to return on Sunday vs the Blues. I want him to be back tomorrow but if not he should be back on Sunday.

Tmrws lineup with Kesler

Sedin-Sedin-Burrows
Higgins-Kesler-Kassian
Raymond-Schroeder-Hansen
Volpatti-Lapierre-Weise

when Booth comes.

Sedin-Sedin-Burrows
Higgins-Kesler-Booth
Raymond-Schroeder-Hansen
Volpatti-Lapierre-Kassian

NOTE: Depends on Kassian and Higgins play.

Really excited to see if Kesler and Kassian can develop some chemistry.

That line has beast mode written all over it.

I don't want Kesler back until March.

He needs rest and recuperation.

Even with all his injuries and surgeries he has only missed 5 career games since 2008.

Takes a toll on the body.

Who says he hasn't rested enough? I mean, I'm all for kesler taking as much time as possible to be ready, but if he is actually ready and not coming back early, then there is no reason to hold him out just because.

Why March? Do you know more about his injury than he does? :help: If he's ready, he's ready.

The guy has had 3 surgeries in the past 2 offseasons.

Shoulder, wrist, torn labrum in his hip. All hockey wear and tear related.

He's also had a finger injury requiring surgery, leaving his finger permanently bent, and had a torn labrum in his knee.

I would give him an extra 2 weeks just for more rest and practice and to test out all the repaired areas.

Yeah, these 2 should play well off one another. Kesler will open up a lot of ice for Kassian and Kassian knows what to do with the puck when he gets it. Kesler likely plays with an even bigger chip on his shoulder too, which will be a nightmare for the opposition.

It will be fun watching 3 skilled lines for the 1st time in ages...

I would love to see him tomorrow and I cannot wait. But if he is not ready I would prefer to see him and I predict him to comeback in Dallas or against Nashville.

Both Booth and Kesler should be back for the LA game on the 2nd of March.
