myers as always takes three mississippis before deciding what to do, but now soucy is too. nightmare pair

garland is a very very good player but he’s talent kryptonite. take him off petey’s line and the puck finds petey in the right places again. put garland on miller’s line and miller does nothing all game. garland needs to be on his own line and petey and miller need complementary players, not garland who takes away from them.

as devastating as that third period was, i really liked tocchet’s decision to play petey and miller to start that early PK to get them into the period. but why the f did he go to raty’s line after the 4-2 goal? lunacy

Petey playing possessed tonight and getting out of his funk, so of course everyone else shits the bed.

Should be pointed out that Miller looked awfully meh without the team's best winger. He also gets a lot of o-zone starts and primo Hughes and Hronek minutes.
