Wouldn't it be great if for once in their lives this team traded some good players for a massive return and had a bushel full of draft picks for this draft? I'm usually not team tank, but this feels different. It's not just a team playing bad that I think is capable of being better. Well ,they're talented enough to be better but it's not something hockey related that is plaguing this team and in a case like that all you can do is tear it down and clean out the rot.

So, I'm all for rebuilding this and keeping key pieces (Pettersson, Hughes etc.).

It’s a badly built mediocre team, it’s getting magnified because they’re getting bad goaltending and are just flat out mentally fragile.

At some point you do have to make moves big just for the sake of it, you might lose a trade but so be it.
