Yeah, I'm starting to feel good about this team again. The hope that comes with Octobert is taking over.

I'm not feeling any better or worse about this team than before. Should make the playoffs pretty easily, will have a hard time getting out of the 2nd round though. Until you prove me wrong, that is where I'm at.

But, to the original point, yeah, happy Hockey season is here. The point of it is to be able to watch the game and give them an opportunity TO prove me wrong, that is the fun.

Raptors have nothing for me lately. I grew up liking the Celtics and when they won, I didn't feel much. Baseball is no longer even on my radar...the NFL is the NFL, but its too hyped (to me) to be as much fun as it was. The NHL season is where its at for me.

A nice Habs blowout followed by a NJD blowout would be a nice way to start the season.

Typical Leafs start would be an OT loss to Montreal and not showing up for the game tomorrow.
