Its so easy to take away germanys offense. Just pressure early and play a bit physical.
Thats it.
In fact there is no real offense in this team.

Defense was good though. Goaltending also very good.
But the offense and powerplay are a disgrace. Its as if they don#t even have more players on ice during the PP.

I was watching the 3rd period (when the LAT-CAN game was already decided) and Germany was looking pretty exhausted. The commentators were saying Germany had very good 1st, so maybe they started with a great intensity and were running out of gas towards the end? Was this the case?

Especially because the (ex)NHLers are all used to being role players and can easily fill this role as well
