I really truly believe Bednar was just fronting for Georgiev and secretly hated him more than everyone else, but was instructed to give him the full ego massage w/extras so that his value could rebound enough to warrant a trade. IIRC he looked pretty pissed after George gave Malinski that whack on the leg last season.

What's even better is now I don't have to watch the Altitude crew doing the same thing anymore...THAT was unbearable.

Guerilla basically confirming the locker room cancer rumors in their emergency pod. Apparently after he swung his stick at Malinski, he was sat down by Parkkila, Bednar and CMac. That seemed to spell the beginning of the end of his time in Denver. He was also, shockingly, not very well-liked in the locker room. He had a tendency to point fingers when the going got tough rather than shoulder any of the blame.
