Love the current goalie tandem but Bussi looks like the real deal ...and has way lower trade value and is cost controlled for a period of time.....so I'm guessing our management realizes this and trades one of Sway or Ullmark who both have higher trade value ..but this will occur in the off-season ..it frees up $3-5 M in cap or more to use in other areas ...this all hedges on Bussi having a good season. I'm not sure which of Ullmark or Sway I'd part with though, pros and cons for each ...although I'd prefer trading Ullmark ...but not sure with his modified NMC. I'm on the Bussi train.

You think Swayman's ceiling is higher than .938 save%, and 1.89 GAA? Because that's what Ullmark has shown.

YUUUUP!, It's not just about numbers. Swayman's technique is better IMHO(and 6 years younger). Reminds me a lot of Jonathan Quick in his prime. Love Ullmark, but a younger tandem at 6-7M frees up money better spent elsewhere.

I think he can keep up!

Strong road win! Hall had primary assist on 2nd and 3rd goals and was +2 with limited minutes. I thought he was one of their best Fs. That 4th line was strong and didn’t spend much time in DZ. Arseneau with the GH Hatty!
Brunet looked very good! It’s a shame that he will likely be relegated once Wotherspoon, Mitchell and Lohrei are returned…kids a stud!
Definitely need much more from Richard, McLaughlin and Brazeau. To put in perspective, Richard has 3A in 5GP, McLaughlin 1G in 9GP, need way more offensive productive with the quality minutes they get.

He sort of got jumped after making a hit in the NZ. I believe it was Sillinger who started wailing in him with some uppercuts, brunet never dropped his gloves.

Only spent a couple of hours researching and combined also seen every one of top goalie dozen or more times live going back to late 60’s

Ullmark recent run as good as any in history - stats and live viewing back up

They would be brain dead to ruin the Ullmark/Swayman tandem right now. I can see the argument for doing it in the offseason, with Swayman set to get a good pay raise.

Agreed. If Swayman has eyes on Bob or Carey Price vision of contract I move him.

I’d reup Ullmark for 3/15 and go with Bussi

Vegas model is outstanding- it’s the Brock Purdy effect - surround a decent player with a high end talent

Ullmark got an easy 5 more years of elite tending
