The last 12 AHL games this guy has played for 4 different teams. How the
**** is that possible?

Just noticed he played youth hockey for The Marquette Electricians.
My nephew's Burlington (MA) Midget Team beat The Marquette Electricians on his way to winning the USA Hockey D1 Midget Nationals in 1977.

It just shows again how wide the gap is between the NHL and the AHL . I still have some hope that Wahstrom gets some speed back and is able to make it back next year

I won't be surprised if he never plays in the NHL again. Isles held on a long time with him because of his draft position, but he never did much. Bruins took a gamble on his pedigree and probably his roots and got about what the Isles have gotten out of him lately. Next stop the SEL.

He may not, I do believe the Bruins gave him such a chance because they believe his game can recover. Isles have him time because he came in as a 20 year old and scored at over a 20 goal pace for half a season.

Injuries wrecked him, as such there is always some hope that the further he gets away form the injury that maybe some of this game can get back. I expect he will get an NHL contract for next year

I would give him time. Maybe the offseason and training camp could help him to sort something out. There will be a opening on the second and third line rw next season. He could be a servicable third line winger then. it´s probably him or Lysell.
