Providence Bruins General Discussion thread ‘24-‘25 II

I actually hope for him, he doesn’t sign. I think he’s earned a chance at an NHL job and it’s going to take an injury to get it with the Bruins.

He's a 26 year old AHL goalie, coming of a nice season. He's not going to get handed a clear path to an NHL job anywhere. He's going to either need to beat someone out for the job in camp or wait for an injury no matter where he goes. in Boston he has an organization that has actually committed to developing him as a player, and he has developed relationships.

Hopefully they are able to get a nice 2-3 year deal done.

That’s why I said “a chance”. Which he doesn’t have with the Bruins.

Why do some people just f***ing argue for the sake of argument?

Saw our old friend Topo in Springfield last night

T birds goalie stole the game. My wife won member tickets off a Facebook group through a lottery so that was a fun little night out. I almost f***ed it up with my hangry attitude but there’s a reason I call her my better half, I’m still working to be half as good as she is. Ended up being a fun night.

I’m definitely going to try and catch some Providence playoff games this year. Would love to see them go all the way into June (if ahl playoffs even last that long)

Minten with 7 points in 8 games. He has 3 goals but they all came in one game so far. For those that watch him, is he more of a pass first guy?
