What state is she located in? My in-laws are getting theirs tomorrow in Long-Beach (VA) and other in Baldwin Park. Curious if they will get Moderna or Pfizer? It seems Moderna tends to be more so on the west coast vaccines and Pfizer on East coast.

My daughter is in Arizona. She was at the top of the list as she is a physical therapist who works with elderly patients in assisted living and skilled nursing facilities.

We were able to lay into Newsom months ago.

Dude had an excellent response at the start, then due to inconsistent messaging, mismanagement, arbitrary statistics/hidden statistics, and out-and-out hypocrisy, the message has been lost. Even as a guy keeping up with the news and his press releases, I'm not sure what the action plan is right now.

that "doses used: 38%" is so reprehensible when there's people trying to get it. NBC here in SD just put out an article about a couple that were 72 and 73 who made an appointment, cleared all their checks then were turned away at petco even though supposedly it's open to 65+ now

like for christ's sake, we're letting them rot on shelves when there's eligible people jumping through hoops? if it's "open to 65+" it should be like "here's my id" "here's your vaccine"

was it @KINGS17 that said AZ was just letting anyone have them rather than letting them rot? That seems so much more useful.

How anyone could possibly trust gov't scheduling at this point is maddening.

Might as well just open the floodgates if you're barely going to clear 1/3 usage.

I could have received my first dose in Arizona when I took my Mom and my Aunt in for their first dose. I didn't get it because I wasn't sure I could return.

They get their second doses on Feb 10. Now with the shit show that is California, I am thinking about driving back to Arizona to take them in to get their second dose and get my first one then. Something is better than nothing, and once I have the card saying I received the first dose, I will probably have no problem getting the next dose 3-4 weeks later.

3- He is really afraid of the recall

No. DC and Michigan are also opening up. This is politics, pure and simple. They're not even trying to hide it at this point.

In my previous post, I posted links that showed the C-19 numbers were either deliberately manipulated or withheld for political reasons. The WHO has, since 1/20/21, tightened the diagnostic criteria to previously accepted scientific standards. The numbers will inevitably drop, even though conditions themselves have not magically changed. Science is as politicized as journalism.

I can only show you the facts. I can't understand them for you. If you still choose to look at a wall of doctored C-19 numbers to ensure that you are dutifully afraid and submissive, then I hope you find peace in your cave of shadows.
