Lammers - A lot of the credit for our start goes to the guys and their intent.
They're performing and achieving and believing in each other. It's so exciting for our staff.
Seeing all the hard work paying off and that rewards everyone's belief.
Starting the year as an underdog, it helped us. We won't surprise teams much longer but I think that helped.
We were motivated and wanted to make a statement.
Team Leadership - We did it in reverse, we flipped and started with the players' goals and their intentions and bought into them as a staff.
