Calle Jarnkrok & James van Riemsdyk

(skipped picks)

Can you please elaborate? What is the actual trade? Just swapping picks in the same round isn't enough.
Why is it not enough? It's R19 and Utah won't be picking their missed picks until the draft is over.

The trade was Utah's R19 pick for NYR's R19 pick. Just 1 for 1.

Denied. You cant trade a lesser pick straight up for a better pick. You could have at least tried to throw "future considerations" in.

@Gibby skipped

PIT up @Scholarships @Makaveli

@Scholarships is skipped with his R19 pick and Tanner Pearson is available.

Respectfully, I can trade pick for pick if another GM is willing to do so, there was no reason to reject the trade. There is no rules stating what a trade must look like. Not all trades are equal value. If two parties in the trade are happy with it then thats all that should matter.

It doesnt really matter now but the principle.

Respectfully, the rules are posted in the document and in the thread. All trades must be posted on HF prior to using and approved by myself or @ConnorMcMullet.

You actually included a rule which says that all trades must be approved....? Bruh!

Kindly can I ask why, it seems like a strange rule to add to a mock draft.

You must have missed the whole thing between @EdJovanovski and @Gecklund.

It might seem strange but it was necessary. Rather than ending the draft, McMullet and I took over and added these rules to prevent the same issues.

I wasn't aware of issues as usually just log on and pick
Essentially a select few people in this game purposely tried to sabotage the game. They were making trades to purposely try to overwhelm and confuse on the board. There was someone who unintentionally continually tagged wrong people, didn’t tag or posted wrong picks so that was also an issue. These people then teamed up due to a trade that they didn’t agree with and made 2 spite trades that were clearly veto worthy and collusion. The game then became too much to handle for me as I’m very busy at work and have a niece on the way soon so I said either these players were removed or I’m stepping away from the game. Mcdoused and Mcmullet volunteered to run the game and rules were put in place to remove any collusion or issues with vetoes that I didn’t think were needed.
