Rounds 3 & 4 reversed how? Same order as Round 1 or Round 2

Both rounds 3 and 4 are the same order as round 2. Round 5 will be the same order as Round 1. We (Panda) did the math and the top guys (McDavid/Mackinnon/etc) are such high advantages compared to later picks and swapping round 4 around evens it out a bit.
