WWE: GDT: Wrestlemania 41

Legitmately one of the worst ending to a WM main event I've seen. The result is right, but I was expecting so much more. Not a dumb Travis interference. At least a Dwayne appearance. Something to potentially tie with Paul & Seth, I dunno.

Yeah, I'm just wondering about the storylines. I don't follow this much, and I didn't even watch Part 1. The main storyline in WWE is going to be a rapper with a troubled past and a guy who is retiring at the end of the year. I don't understand what this company is thinking. This is something Vince was known to do a lot and I thought we were beyond that.

Might be the worst mania Main event I’ve ever seen. I hate all this “cinema” bullshit WWE is trying to do now. Just stick to pure rasslin please. Cena shouldn’t have turned heel until Mania anyways.

There's still 0 reason for Rock (and Travis Scott) to be involved. Cena had already won the chamber and rock had 0 influence over it.

Rock had 0 influence over the Mania outcome. Rock should have been there instead of Travis for the interference.

There's still been 0 explanation or reasoning for the Rock/Cena team up

Rock will probably make an appearance once Roman, Punk or both get involved with Cena. Their paths are bound to cross during this retirement tour.

There was no way to top last year's main event with shenanigans, but if you are going to run a crazy story angle at Elimination Chamber like they did. You got to do something big here to follow up on it.

Not Travis Scott taking his sweet ass time to do one of the worst interferences ever.

Also why isn't the ref ringing the bell after getting pulled out by Scott? Its an obvious DQ he was awake for

I said with last night's show that if you made the list of finishes that were most predictable to the least, it would basically be the same as to what were the best matches and what were the worst, and it feels like the same applies here.

So I think the lesson here is that Paul's booking is much stronger when he delivers what is predictable than what is not.

The part that fell flat, is more that the crowd, and us, were expecting something and never got it. Especially if you were expecting last year to be topped, but that was a different animal, not just in the story but what we got in the main event. That just simply wasn't going to happen we were never getting the run in of all-stars that closed out such a long story line.

Why not just have Cena turn heel at Mania and pull the dirty tactics and shock the crowd to win...

Yea, if they weren’t actually going to get The Rock involved in the Mania match it would’ve been a bigger swerve for him to be the usual Cena all the way up until turning heel at Mania. Then he could’ve gone on his bitter tirades while being champ, that would’ve been fun
