If Esche is starting when he gets back to philly over Niittymaki, something is seriously wrong. I really don't fault him too much on the first 4 goals (he probably should've had the 4th), but that fifth goal is one that he has to stop.

Good game for both teams. Russia didn't try after 1st period while USA didn't play hard too. They played for us and that's good.

This is by far Russia's laziest, hence worst game. Its as if every player on Team Russia was muttering:
"Oh no, they tied us again. Shucks, now we have to go out and score another one. Would you stop skating already?"
