Hard work and effort is obviously a trademark of the Hershey team. Not a trademark of the Habs. Not sure about Laval, but the Rocket do have several NHL prospects.

Good observation! Big add for Hershey. He has battled injuries, but I would not be surprised to see him recalled by the overachieving Capitals this year.
