Really was a good overall game, even the third period wasn't a bad one. Rangers generated pressure and got chances even with Philly pressing, they just took too many penalties in the third.

Solid looking, guys look like they're getting it together. Losing Callahan hurts a lot but if we're lucky he won't be out forever...Sather might be forced to make a move here though if Kreider can't come in and play decently

Hmm. Quite the dilemma: have them watch the game only to hear their God awful shrieks, or have them yakking away and have a puck hit them in the face.

Considering you're bound to hear that soul screeching yell at any gaming event, I think a puck to the face will suffice. :naughty:

Last game had some "ladies" behind us, shrieking quality comments such as
OH MY GOD he lost his stick!! How can he play now?!
and
LOOK THEY ARE FIGHTING!! OH MY GOD why isn't anyone doing anything?!
and...
LOOK AT ALL THOSE BLUE PLAYERS!! [during breaks when they clear the ice]

I was two seats away from that very thing. She was knitting and talking about her daughter's upcoming wedding, and received a puck in the head, luckily on the side. But it was bad.

Edit: It was in Calgary, and I think the shot was from Gary Suter.

Thought Ferreiro played a smart game as well. Was engaged, played smart defensively, got in on the forecheck. Really happy with what hes doing so far.

I thought Hagelin was good, however, after the too many men penalty he created, his game really took off in the 3rd. He looked like the Hagelin of last year. In some weird way, hopefully that penalty really sparks his game.

Bickel can't be in the lineup. Why do we waste a spot on him. It befuddles me.

That was more like the team we expect to see..especially the first 40 mins but the defensive effort in the 3rd was great also.

Watching Nash look so composed on the puck is still impressive. Never hurried.

Oh God that woman was brutal. Right by the mic :shakehead

Huge win thanks to the PK and Hank! Feels good to be streaking for once this (young) season. Jumping to 4-3 with a win on Thursday after this bull**** 7 game stretch to open the season wouldn't be too shabby.

Love beating the Flyers, hope the Callahan injury isn't too serious.

Dont post often but wanted to point out that I thought both Halpern and Stralman had great games. Also no clue to the one poster who wrote about ten times that Hagelin was having a bad game. Not sure what you could possibly be watching.

Halpern saved a goal at the end there. Sort of made up for his 2 on 1 whiff.
