I think Amerks have a bunch of similar type players. The only ones who look dangerous for them are Kulich and Rousek, and Clague's booming shot from the blue line. They're running 3 skilled lines and 1 depth line. Helenius, Ohstlund, and Rosen aren't standing out. Yes, they get points, but they're largely ineffective.
This is where I think Laval has the edge. Their line-up has a more varied type of players and the lines have their own identities. They're also more physical.
It's not to say Rochester can't win the next one and push it to Game 5. Because they definitely could. But if I had a choice, I'd rather have a roster like Laval than like Rochester. Because I think one is more suited for the grind of the playoffs.
