Charlotte is just doing what Hershey and the Marlies did and that's get a bunch of vets with no NHL potential left and go for it.

Hopefully Laval will do that in the future if the Habs can get to the point where they're in contender status.

I find the youngsters have no help from our veterans lile RHP, ABB, Gignac and Condotta, checkers have much better and bigger veterans.

The prospects aren't that good and the vets hurt.

Not really surprised by RHP as he's been useless as a vet all season long. Gignac, too.

Habs, well Rocket need to get better ones, like Riley Tufte for example would be better than the vets and be someone the Habs could actually call up for a game, or two if needed.

Laval is just a copy of the Habs with extreme lack of talent up front.
Apart from Reinbacher (and even then, questions persist regarding his durability) is a sure NHLer. Other prospects are long shot.

That's why I am shaking my head with people saying we need to trade both 1st, rebuild is over, blah blah.
Our prospect pool is nowhere near as good as we think.

“They were undisciplined and totally out played.
Florian is insane …
He is a combination of a lot of massive shit disturbing players …
Owen beck was the only player that stood out.
Rienbacher will be good….he needs more seasoning, he’s very young .
Mailloux tries to do too much …
The Checkers are a team filled with older players …
Just men against boyz .
They got under the skin of the rocket.
Both are goalies sucked …
That’s the bottom line …
Most notably, the hype about the coach …
I saw no discernible system…no adjustments…
And the lack of discipline is a direct reflection on the coaching staff …”
