Laval Rocket: GDT- Game 3 Cleveland at Laval 3 PM EST

Yeah, cause CLEARLY that was the only criteria that made him ahead. i mean, I guess Tyler Wotherspoon also is ahead...lol

Mailloux has NHL time. Mailloux is older. If you don't trade him, you need to know wht you have much earlier than DR. If there's a PLAN for Reinbacher as far as his time in the freakin AHL, I don,t believe that part of the plan is to elevate him FULL time in the NHL as soon as next year.

The criteria we're discussing are the ones quoted in your post, buddy. Don't say a silly thing if you don't want it quoted back to you. Nothing you wrote supports the conclusion that mailloux is 'ahead' of RB.

Starting Primeau was a stupid move.

Now you have to go back to Fowler and if he doesn't win, the question will be do you go back to Primeau for game 5 or stick with Fowler.
That's what i said too. But frankly, I think we are past Fowler now. They will be back with Primeau next game. And if they lose....I don't see them not going back with Primeau even so. Unless he gets destroyed. Today wasn't on him.

True that game 4 now is the biggest question. There are arguments for both. Since you went to close it out with Primeau. You then still try to close...so you go back with Primeau. He loses...well it depends how he lost.

Oh sorry. I didnt think that in this forum, we only had 1 post to explain a whole situation. If you really think that this post was the only criteria, as a guy who practices all of the time is ALWAYS ahead of a guy who doesn't....I have no idea why you respond to such a post...lolll buddy.

Mailloux is ahead of DR for EVERYTHING i said in my previous post. If DR does not have limitations to play and practice, it's MUCH closer. But you need to know MUCH sooner what Mailloux has in him than DR.

Primeau is not the problem this game!

Nah. They wanted to get Primeau a game in while there was room for error (up 2-0). It was a piss poor effort by the team (Rocket got lots of shots at garbage time in the 3rd when they were down 3-0). They'll wrap it up on Tuesday no matter who's in nets.

imo there's no argument to be made in favor of Primeau. It should be Fowler for his development.

I hate that because we made the playoffs now development doesn't matter anymore. Trade all picks. Plays vets. Sit Engstrom because of a bad game and play a ECHL guy. Don't develop anymore baby we have arrived. That's a silly attitude to have imo.

Primeau was not supposed to play in the AHL this year, He was a NHL backup. He had his chances and he blew them. We should move on from him he'll be 26 this summer. We should say thank you Cayden hope you can find another team this summer.

It's crazy that it was so important to make the playoffs in the NHL to give experience to our kids at the cost of better and more draft picks (which i was not 100% against) but it's not important for our best goalie prospect and one of the best goalie prospect in the NHL to get playoffs game in the AHL. That's crazy reasoning imo.

Well that whole he wasn't suppose to could have been made for Fowler too. First Connor Hughes is hurt. And then we lost Monty. We lost 2 goalies so that Fowler gets games. Now, he got 2 games. It's more than we thought.

Now as far as WE are concerned as far as fans...I get it. Yet, we are not in the room. Vincent is. He knows the his group. And if his group wants to battle with Primeau....you need to give it to them. And today wasn't on Primeau.

Next year, Fowler gets the net AND the playoffs. Nobody expect Fowler to be in Montreal in 1 or 2 years.

“i’ll fait face au Québécois Joshua Roy”, lol.
Lots of players left their energy in Cleveland.

Wake up call…..Rochester Americans will be a lot tougher to play against!!!
With Greaves, Mateychuk and De Bel Bellus in the lineup the Monsters have a very good team. Greaves played a decent amount of games in the NHL and was very good IN the NHL. Mateychuk spent half the year in the NHL. De Bel belluz did very well in the 15 games he played in the NHL. They got some serious NHL help.

It would be a scumbag move for Primeau not to get his spot back since he did nothing to lose it. I think the Habs are very conscious of how they treat their players now like it or not. Word travels quick
Plus they're hoping for a long playoff run and wanted to get Primeau into a game when we had some room for error. Fowler only plays 2 games a week in the NCAA. If it goes to a Game 5, they'll definitely start the goalie they believe gives them the best chance to win.

No they do not have to go back to Fowler. The loss had nothing to do with Primeau. Lots of turd forwards that need to sit though.

He gave up more goals in one game than Fowler did in 2.

You never take a goalie out after a playoff shutout. It's bad hockey karma and they got it tonight.

Sucks for Primeau but a guy got an opportunity and ran with it. He should have been given the net until he lost a game.

The scumbag move might actually be to play Primeau. If he's not doing well in those playoffs it will be harder for him to find a job this summer. Him not playing would not have meant anything since he finished the season in the NHL and he's almost 26. Him craping the bed under pressure again could mean a lot. Hope for him it wont happen but i have 0 confidence he can deal with the pressure at this point. While this lost is not on him let's not pretend he was great in that game.

This might be the worst logic I've ever read and I've been on here for 15 years.
