YesSo is this a best of 5?
Habs players, take notes. This is what you do in the playoffs. We need more a-holes on our team. Too many “nice guys.”Body slam by Flojak!
Middle 6/top9 we'll say for those guysI really like Kapanen and Beck, they have potential to become solid bottom 6 pieces for the Habs.
In that case, Primeau will be traded. He has raised his stock some since his demotion to Laval.Just not in the cards sadly
Monty/Dobes will be the NHL tandem
And they're gonna want Fowler *starting* in the AHL next year
Not backing up the 26 yr old who failed in his NHL opportunities
If one of Monty or Dobes got hurt next year and you for some reason re-signed Primeau
You create an awkward situation of welllll.. we're calling up Jacob sorry Preems ol bud ol pal
It's clear they're going Fowler/veteran for Laval next sesson
Good thing is they own his rights so they don’t have to trade him. Sign him, give him a shot in camp and if he doesn’t earn it, they can always trade him then. No need to rush into anything. If he’s the next guy, then so be it. Whatever is best for the teams.Just not in the cards sadly

Great play with the feet by Kapanen picking up that puck at full speed. The old man always told me, that’s one of the biggest differences between the pros and the amateurs - the way they could handle pucks with their feet.
Kapanen just made a really tough play look relatively easy.
I wonder if Primeau's strong play in the AHL will give him any value in a trade? I know he cleared waivers early in the season when he was struggling but teams have much more roster flexibility in the offseason.Just not in the cards sadly

Phoenix Copley. Or Brandon Halverson. Or Matt Tomkins.Just not in the cards sadly

0% chance they sign PrimeauGood thing is they own his rights so they don’t have to trade him. Sign him, give him a shot in camp and if he doesn’t earn it, they can always trade him then. No need to rush into anything. If he’s the next guy, then so be it. Whatever is best for the teams.
He’s looked pretty dangerous to meABB is overrated even if he's 1st in points, he's the 3rd wheel on that line.

Xhekaj and Tuch we can label bottom 6 lol
if Hughes isn't coming back they need to sign him (if they can) or find another goaltender for Laval.Absolutely not. He needs to move on, and he will.
No, no trade happening hereI wonder if Primeau's strong play in the AHL will give him any value in a trade? I know he cleared waivers early in the season when he was struggling but teams have much more roster flexibility in the offseason.
He can do everything but finish. Needs 10 scoring chances to get 1 goal. He’s looked pretty dangerous to me
