Either or for me but it's a good idea to get him in a playoff game to prepare for the next round (if Laval wins that is).
On one hand you're fine with Price getting the spot back then, but you're ok with Fowler not getting it when Primeau is not a goalie that's going to be part of the org moving forward ? I am not trying to pick a fight with you just trying to understand your reasoning. Is that because Price had a better pedigree than Fowler in your mind ?

Price had a better pedigree and Yann Danis was very average. Primeau is what 21-2-2 and is the best goalie in the AHL. Don't get me wrong because Fowler is the future but there are 20 skaters who want their coach to dress the best AHL goalie so they can maybe win the Calder Cup.

It's now or never for Josh Roy, there are alot of prospects that have arrived ready to pass him on the depth chart. He needs a monster playoff.

It's disappointing for Roy to not be able to grab the bull by the horns. He's been given opportunity after opportunity and he has yet to take advantage.

The good thing about having a deep prospect pool is if some don't take advantage of their chances, there are always a few others who will.

Personally, I think that it would have been better for Price's development if he had really earned his spot instead of just being given the spot. Maybe some of the difficulties he had later on with us (feeling like a hobbit, crying after his first playoffs loss where he imploded, the fact he had to be in the NHL program for a bit, etc) could have been avoided if he had had a slower acclimatation to the NHL so I am fine with Primeau getting the spot.
