I would be shocked if Matthews doesn't need wrist surgery after the season. His shot velocity is down 20MPH from last season.
He is 100% off and injured but that was a wide open net from just outside the blue line.
But has it been confirmed it was concussion protocol?

He could just say it was bad sushi so that he can play.
No team with any decency should let a player with an active concussion play, especially a goalie

I'm pulling for the Panthers but honestly happy to see the Leafs close out the win now, it seems like comebacks are the norm now, and those tickets in Toronto must be insanely expensive
Do the people by the glass just go to the game straight after work? Or hang out downtown then go?

Or do these guys actually put on suits and go lol

Panthers can't bully the Leafs anymore, but they can sure injure a goalie.

Here are the heaviest teams in the NHL this year. So hit away, it wont achieve as intended.

It probably will never be publicly announced as a concussion. Teams and the league are extremely hesitant to divulge that information. Only way I see it being called a concussion publicly is if Toronto feels to has to pressure the league for a suspension. Make no mistake though it’s a concussion and behind the scenes it’s being treated as such.
