I'd just like to say that whether we win or lose this game, I'm still not scared of them long-term.

Get another short-handed goal to demoralize them properly, boys!

Hard to rag on Chara. He's 40 years old playing # 1 D on a 5 D team for past four games. Not to mention mentoring a bunch of rookies. Mistake -- happens.

Well, I guess the Raps are going to have to wait. Let's end this early. I have basketball that started at 5:30 and soccer at 8.

The second worst rule after the challenge rule.

If not for that rule D-men would be lofting the puck out of play instead of taking the icing. I love the idea that players have to make a skill play as opposed to having an easy out.

That said what Chara just did was inexcusable. Wasn't even under pressure so no excuse not to be able to make a skill play.

6 million a year for Backes?

this guy has been easily one of the worst Bruins players the past 2 games

doesn't know how to control the puck along the boards (you would think he would be good due to his size)... just giveaway central

Chara channeling his inner Claude.
Why play your way out of the zone with a free teammate in front of you when you can chip it off glass to lose control?

I don't care how old he is, he can't be doing **** like that. He didn't even have a guy within 30 feet of him and he dumps it into the 10th row.

Fatigue might have been a factor, but there is no way that a player should do that when completely alone. Hopefully the PK stands strong and Z gets the game winner.

Its pretty heartbreaking to make the playoffs only to have to play without 2 of our top 4 d-men, on a roster that is already pretty damn terrible on D.
We make the playoffs for the first time in 3 years and have to deal with this...Frustrating.
