I've seen this too often not to expect it, hahaSorry, guys I jinxed it. Literally 10sec before the goal I said: We're playing good, that means Czechs are going to score out of nowhere.![]()

Chytil should be back.. 2 days off. He's key for us. Not sure about Chlapik.. he may be walking around a bit dizzy still. Also dont like how "invisible" the first line look since they lost Chytil. Even in the Kazakhs game, after Chytil had they didnt had almost anything at 5on5
Namejs most likely chilling in arena with a notpad in his hands.Could really use Namejs' inspiring paragraphs about numbers, and PDO, and shooting percentage and whatnot right about now.
Sorry, I don’t agree. Yes, Latvia are playing at home and they are a good side. But despite all the injuries and Kari’s selection idiosyncrasies, we should win this in regulation. I think the statistics are 18 games played, 18 Czech victories (including one draw, but we won either in OT or in a penalty shootout). Might we lose tonight? Of course, definitely possible. But it feels almost cowardly as a Czech not to be confident here. Like we don’t want to say we are confident of winning in case we lose and look stupid afterwards. So I say it: I think we will win, even if it is close and we don’t look great. Because we are the Czech Republic, they are Latvia and this is ice hockey. (And btw, the basic position will remain true even if we happen to lose tonight. Czech fans so often lack confidence, I don’t get it.)I said it. This is gonna be extremely hard match to win. I would be okay with even two points from this.
Latvia at home and need to win. They will fly like crazy there tonight
What do you say, he would have been right.Could really use Namejs' inspiring paragraphs about numbers, and PDO, and shooting percentage and whatnot right about now.

Doesn’t matter - I still think we’ll win. Often the more experienced team wins even if their opponents are having a good day.Well we wont win this one ... latvia just better overall today
lets hope. but I hate when we get outplayed like that by weaker team ...Doesn’t matter - I still think we’ll win. Often the more experienced team wins even if their opponents are having a good day.
