Not necessarily, that name has been trade marked but wwe.com is hinting that Jeff Cobb will go by as Jeff Cobb. There's someone from LFG(?) who hinted that they're going to change their name, so it could refer to him. A similar mistaken assumption was made with Ricky Saints, due to multiple Evolve/recruits names being trade marked at the same time.
