Romanov needs to hurry back. Rough game for Bolduc. And Aho, well he makes one good play in the ozone and it obscures 16 minutes or so of defensive ineptitude.

Engvall always seems to be in the right spot in transition. Interesting
 
I forgot to mention it last night but Pierre Engvall had a quietly effective game, especially in the 1st period when he seemingly was the only forward who was able to bring the puck to the offensive zone and create a scoring chance.

theres ones thing in tonights game that ERASES everything else… the islanders know pitt won…. if you dont think that will make a difference in how they play tonight your crazy!!!!! yes i would agree in normal circumstances this has all the making of a trap game and dissapointment but tonight will be different! mark my words and yessss this game is a MUST win with pitt having columbus and chicago left and florida still ahead in the standings this is a must win game!

surprisingly enough hes been one of the best players on the ice for awhile now. hes smart, can skate, can finish, i really like what i have seen from him. hes been impressive! i hope he stays!

He would be an interesting linemate for Barzal.

I mentioned a while back, he’s 27/28, hasn’t really made any cash, so if Lou gives him term, then he probably stays for the term/security/fit.

I thought that as well. Perhaps next year Engvall-Barzal-Palmieri.
