As bad as that call in last game was, I am almost thankful for it. This team has no business being in playoffs and I'm glad they're done. Watching them, bar those successive comeback wins, has been horrendous this year.

Na this team is f***ed, the correct decision was to have a firesale at the deadline so the team will tank and we will hopefully get a game changing prospect but our GM couldn't care less about prospects so he is going to destroy this team just to keep his miniscule chance of seeing 1 more cup before he retires and as a result this team is going to be f***ed for the next decade

That will go down as a huge error by ownership. Lou should have never been allowed to take this team into the deadline. They missed an opportunity to move out multiple pieces, especially Lou. We are just spinning in circles at this point. we have to move on from Lou.

The other thing about Sorokin is that nationally the only things people see are his occasional splashy save, but they don't see the 2-3 weak goals he gives up every game before or after the splashy save. You can have a goalie who puts up the average numbers he is putting up for half the price. He is not worth the money we are paying him. Ever since the first Carolina playoff series two years ago he has been average at best. Nowhere close to elite.

A competent GM would see the writing on the wall and see he still has value, he isn't exactly young and there is no chance he is going to win a cup on this team and try to trade him but our GM is not interested putting this team in a best position to win and our owners are probably plotting to sell the team once the construction is done so they also don't care about the Cup thing

Wrong. He has never bailed them out in a big game. Putting up numbers in game 14 of the season against the Sharks is not what earns you elite goalie status. Winning playoff series and stealing crucial games does that. Varly is the only goalie that brought this team close to sniffing a cup in the last 5 years.

Elias Petterson has tremendous aim. Even when he’s injured he somehow still shows up. So weird.

We call him JR and he pronounces his name E-lie-ass while EP is E -lee-iss while both spelling it Elias which makes it even trickier somehow lol.
