It’s short sighted. He’s a 20 year old with 7 games experience. What is he going to do for us in that little amount of time? He won’t be the difference in making or not making it. Also, the playoffs I believe don’t count towards burning the year. He can come and spend time with the team, practice, get familiar with the organization, and familiar with the area. Wow! I actually thought I remembered him signing out of college and going right to the playoffs. He played the whole season in the AHL and came up at the end for one game and then went to the playoffs full-time.
