Delighted to finish my Isles adventure with a win! Arrived 3-0 and leave 5-4!
Son was thrilled as his fave player, Pulock, scored.
Hogberg again solid.
Duclair was a different player to two nights ago.
Overall they were dominant.
They could easily have had 3 or 4 more.
Great to experience a hall of fame induction and picked up a couple of cheap jerseys from Isles Lab, plus some pucks.

Would have been nice if the goals counted for something more than cookies.

Loved watching Brent play and despite being passed his legacy and resume remain secure. He was deserving long before tonight and it is a shame he had to wait so long. Sadly, this was more of a PR event for a flagging franchise than anything else.

Currently 9 points out of a playoff spot, regardless of who wins BOS-OTT game, and 7 teams to jump.

This may be blasphemous, but I was partially disappointed they won. They aren’t making the playoffs, I want them to be in the best position to acquire elite talent. As it stands now, the draft is the primary means this organization can acquire elite talent.

Glad they played well for the night. Good for the fans and the special night it was. Now they can go back to playing their brand of uninspired, gritless hockey.

They likely need to win 3 out of every 4 games to have a shot at the playoffs....best winning 1 out of every 4 and invest in the future.
