I've seen enough hockey in my life now (turned the big 3-0 a few weeks ago) and Islanders teams to agree. Dobson will never be assertive or physical enough to be "The Guy". He's too passive and weak. I'd move him ASAP.

Barzal too for that matter. Phenomenal talent. Won't ever get it between the ears to just make the god damn simple play, drive to the net, and shoot.
