Yup- but my guess is there is zero market for Varly. Old, often injured, avg to below avg and very overpaid for two more years after this one. It was a bad deal when it was signed and looks worse every year

Seventh actually and quite the cherry pick. How about this year, or the three before last year? He’s been solid in the past, but is clearly aging, declining and overpaid.

I only saw the last 10 mins of the third, but they looked fast, decisive, and cohesive. Different than most of the season to date. The PK and 6 on 5 though still looked ridiculously bad, and I think they were real lucky not to allow a goal. Hoping to not allow a goal is not a viable strategy. Better to be lucky than good?
