Real question I have is why doesn’t Lee, as captain, step up and tell the guys to stop playing like bitches when they have a lead. Or Roy for that matter

Also, Pageau just casually skating in la-la land leaving the slot open is the definition of why this team sucks
Roy may also want to look at why a rookie with 5 games is out with 55 seconds left.

Was George the guy tying the guy up on the boards? If so, that’s not on George. That’s on Pageau for having the awareness of a rotten potato and vacating a high-danger scoring area to stand 10 feet away from literally any position he would have been better off in

Because he can’t put Dobson out to defend a 1 goal game late, and he can’t burn out Pulock and Mayfield for the entire last 5 minutes

They could’ve and perhaps should’ve won tonight. Regardless of tonight’s outcome, both of these teams are just meh.

I want the Isles to win playing quality hockey. Since we’re not seeing that, I’m not heartbroken about the loss if it keeps Lou from doing something stupid come TDL time.

Yeah definitely some legitimate doubts about Roy.
It’s really the whole roster, team was going to compete for playoff spot but we knew it would be tight offensively and with really Perhaps the two most speedy and dynamic offensive players out the warts are showing. That is all said even before blowing leads but like tonight snd not getting a second goal makes the blown leads thing even more glaring.

Isles have 13 total losses now, tied for third most in the league.

More than Anaheim, Montreal, Columbus, Buffalo… all the teams you think of as bottom feeders. Tied for 8th in the conference though!
