I still think McG-Eller-Puljujarvi would've been a fine 3rd line for the kid to learn on the job with.

The only reason Bunting has a roster spot is because he was part of the Jake trade, imo.

Very easy to root for, he had a pretty bad injury issue with his hips at his age that most players either don’t make it back from or if they do, they’re a shell of their former selves, for him to work his way back is awesome. Now if the coach just lets him f***ing play, he can keep building this up.
