There's a big difference between the 2clubs, Checkers are mostly old dudes that aren't developing anymore, while Laval is extremely young.

Charlotte has what, 4 players worth of mention that were drafted by FLA? Sourdif, McAllister, Vilmanis and Alscher? That's about it

Look at the shots and the awful breakdowns that have led to the shots. He can't score goals for them. And I could care less about Primeau as I know he'll be with another organization next year.

And who do you put on the bench to ice those extra vets? Engstrom? Mailloux? Reinbacher? What would be the point? It's a development league winning is important but you still got to ice the kids.

The reason why you are making those kids live the playoffs is because of guys like Dauphin, ABB, Wotherspoon, and captain Condotta. By the way, there are rules against playing too many vets. You can't. Not sure how dressing 6 good vets is a problem for the other 14 rookies you could still ice....

I'd give him a lot more time. Big body who lost a lot of crucial development time in Junior. Look how good Evan Bouchard has been the last two playoffs. Everyone thought he didn't have a brain a few years ago.

Right shooting D with Mailloux's tools are hard to come by and we've been bitten in the ass a few times moving young Dmen with upside. Even with his warts, he's still been a key player at every level.

Evan Bouchard was always extremely talented. People just thought he was the beneficiary of a good Knights team. He’s proving that he was just simply elite.

Mailloux doesn’t have the footspeed or intelligence. He simply has a hard shot. Bouchard is elusive and smart with the puck on his stick.

Yes we are younger. Reason why you need vets to help your kids flourish. And especially since we are young. And we did a good job with Dauphin, Wotherspoon, ABB and Cie.

Frankly, I'M not surprised by the result. It's all good with me.
