I said in preseason that I would be fine with the powerplay being horrible as long as Caufield scored on it every once in a while. I am not fine with it so far

I think that's what games against better teams will look like this year for the most part. With some random exceptions.

Come on man, this is 100% on the players. They're not confident when on the PP, missing simple passes, hesitating to shoot, and so on. Not having a D with a big shot on the blueline definitely doesn't help.
Hopefully, they'll get going with Matheson back.

Wideman at league minimum as #7 would be great in a contender team. We're not one yet so here we are...
It needs a QB. Just as well not to have one yet, the habs need a high pick. The more relatively easy fixes that aren’t fixed until the big complicated fixes are done the better for the long term.
Is it just me or are the ads worse on this site than on any of the associated ones? And the ad unblocker thing clashes with my security software. I only access via mobile now and it’s just amazingly, impressively bad. It must be intentional because it just couldn’t be that fantastically bad by accident.
