Switching out soda for water was my trick.During covid I got up to 285lbs. Which is crazy for someone 5'7. My appetite is huge, so dropping the weight was difficult. I did 5 simple things.
1. Used a smaller plate when eating.
2. Never sit down for more than 30 minutes at a time.
3. Drink lots of water.
4. If I go out somewhere. I park my vehicle as far away as possible.
5. I eat small meals about every 4 hours.
I'm now down to about 230lbs. I'm hoping to get down to 210lbs by the spring. But with the holidays coming, that should be fun.

lol I was the same. I once ate 50 hotdogs with buns. My friends are mostly bigger than I am. The next closest ate 30 hotdogs.My bigger friends get so mad when we go out to eat together and I out eat them by a lot
