It's hard to evaluate what we have when we don't play our young players who have earned a few games through their play in the AHL. It's a shame that Keefe can't sit Lord Jumbo for a few games.

Does it matter when they play? We need 10 going and so far we have 6 going.

That second line of Mikheyev-Tavares-Hyman was fantastic the 2 games together. Why are they being split up, let them continue to play together and see if that's a genuine combination you can keep. This is disappointing, never mind the fact that Liljegren isn't being provided an opportunity

Why is thornton playing? Its a back to back. Plus he gets promoted? At least marincin isnt playing. Not sure why bogo cant sit a game in case we need to use lily.

They next 12 games are probably going to be a mishmash.
Id expect the final 2 games to be our playoff line up.
My god those playoff lineups that Armstrong and Stewart just predicted are awful. I sure hope Keefe isn’t thinking like them
For those bitching about Thornton.. I guarantee it's not going to stay like that all game..
Thornton plays well when he's with actual good players.. if he's on the bottom lines he floats... But he can't stay there all game. He will get a look at the beginning of the game and if he slows down then he will get flipped back the the bottom lines.

I'd say it does and it sends a message. Upfront we've had rotations, so there's less fuss if Sabourin gets in.
Pretty sure this is the first D to come out of the lineup outside Lehtonen/Dermott

Im good with that but make it realistic:
Try robertson on the top two lines. Have willy play with matty and mitch with JT. Have lily and sandin play.
Joe on top two lines is not experimenting. If they are even considering that at this point then wow

Same and I agree, his ceiling is very high and to me what separates him from Sandin and Robertson is that he doesn't have a skating issue he'll have to continue to improve on if they are to reach their potential.
Love Sandin for everything except his top gear and unless he greatly improved that in the last year solely by his training regimen it is yet to be seen, but an early season leg injury is certainly going to test the skating.

He's almost exclusively played with good players. Hasn't helped his cause lately.
