Yeah I'm a little stumped too. The pucks in the net seem to be a reference to Clarkson as the leading goal scorer. Patty I'm not sure what he's supposed to mean.
I think the trees, and the grass is Andy Greene.

Alright that explains that. Now who is Zidlicky?

So, that was my intention:
Elias = points (cause he is collecting them since years, one of THE stats leaders on the team)
Zajac = single twin
Clarkson = top scorer

Greene = green trees, of cause
Fayne = these puppets are Jacky Fayne
Zudlicky = Zid (Sid) from Ice Age

for some i could not find a perfect match, so i got creative
